Last weekend I flew to Firenze to attend the Luisaviaroma closing dinner party at Museo la Specola. It was an amazing experience and I really loved the city! I've made so many pictures, I could post every day of the following month. So I picked the best pictures to post on the blog.
It was my first time in Italy and I went all alone, so it was pretty exciting for me. The first day I thought I should eat at an Italian restaurant, so I did. Next to my hotel there was a small Italian restaurant. I ordered carpaccio but it was still frozen! That was my first, but bad experience with Firenze. But the second day I walked through the city and I really loved all the historical buildings and the designer shops everywhere. However, you need to have a good filled wallet to shop in Firenze.
Before I went to Firenze, I read on the internet that the Jersey Shore crew was shooting there next season in Firenze, so I decided to go for a pizza at the pizzaplace where they work. Eventually that was almost impossible because of the big amount of security outside of the restaurant. But I got a glimpse of Paul and Michael a.k.a. 'The Situation'.

Afgelopen weekend vloog ik naar Florence om de Luisaviaroma closing dinner party in Museo La Specola bij te wonen. Het was een geweldige ervaring en ik vond het echt een hele mooie stad! Ik heb zoveel foto's gemaakt dat ik elke dag van de komende maand zou kunnen posten. Dus heb ik de beste foto's uitgekozen om te posten. Het was mijn eerste keer in Italie en ik ben alleen gegaan, dus het was best spannend voor me. De eerste dag was ik van plan om bij een Italiaans restaurant te eten, dus dat deed ik. Naast mijn hotel zat een Italiaans restaurantje. Ik bestelde carpaccio, maar het was nog bevroren! Dat was mijn eerste, maar slechte ervaring met Florence. Maar de tweede dag ben ik gaan lopen door de stad, ik vond de historische gebouwen en al de designershops echt geweldig! :) Hoewel je wel een hele dikke portemonnee mee moet nemen naar Florence!
Voor dat ik naar Florence ging had ik op internet gelezen dat de Jersey Shore crew hun volgende seizoen aan het filmen zijn in Italie, dus besloot ik om een pizza te gaan halen waar zij werken. Uiteindelijk was dat bijna onmogelijk door de vele security guys die daar buiten stonden bij het restaurant. Maar ik heb nog wel een glimps op kunnen vangen van Paul en Michael a.k.a. 'The Situation'.
